How it works
Once you’ve booked your session, I’ll send over a short questionnaire for you to fill in with details of what you’d like support with.

During our call at the arranged time, we’ll chat about the problems you’ve highlighted in your questionnaire and I’ll provide actionable tips and guidance. I’ll also send you some useful prompts after the call for you to refer back to.
